MOLDIE is one of professional manufacturer and supplier for various mechanical products, molds and dies. MOLDIE is located in Ningbo, East China, which is one of the bases city for exporting various mechanical products, moulds and dies. James ZHU, the owner and founder of MOLDIE starts from molds and dies business since 2004. With time, MOLDIE increases its sales bases on good quality, good service and good price. During 2011, MOLDIE provides around 200sets various moulds and dies to clients from Germany, Spain, USA, Italy, Russia, Vietnam and so on. MOLDIE has one professional engineers team for moulds and dies. We take care every step of each projects from part drawing and model until shipment. We report customer weekly of each project, so that our clients know each step of their projects running by us. Due to clients' demand, MOLDIE starts getting involved in mechanical products since 2009. Now, MOLDIE has its own warehouse, assembling line and QC department, which can guarantee the goods are qualified before shipment. MOLDIE also has some share of some factories of mechanical products. Furthermore, MOLDIE has set up a good suppliers chain for various mechanical products, such as plastic molding (injection, blow, rotational), rubber molding, die casting for Aluminium alloy and Zamak, Casting (lose-wax casting, gravity casting, sand casting), forging, machining/turning, extrusion, stamping /punching/drawing, surface treatment(polishing, anodizing, plating, painting, printing, powder coating), welding,assembling, rapid prototyping and so on.
